Featuring a bezel-set antique coin depicting a male in profile, the reverse depicting a seated figure, the bezel inscribed 'Roma-Claudius Aug. A.D. 41-54' as a reference to the Roman Emperor Claudius, encircled with carved emerald and sapphire beads, highlighted with brilliant-cut diamond-set edges and surmount, to the neckchain, mounted in 18 karat pink gold, necklace length approximately 585mm, parts can be detached and worn as a bracelet, length approximately 185mm, signed Bvlgari, numbered, Italian assay and maker's marks, case and pouch stamped Bvlgari.
