Centring a bezel-set antique coin depicting a lion, the bezel inscribed in reverse 'Thracia Cherronesos 500-480 B.C.', embellished with brilliant-cut diamonds, mounted in 18 karat yellow gold, necklace length is adjustable, at largest 430mm, signed Bvlgari, numbered, Italian assay and maker's marks, case stamped Bulgari.
Accompanied by Bulgari Certificate of Authenticity.
