Archive of 55 Black & White Hip Hop Artist Publicity Photos, early 1980s.
55 black & white publicity photographs, primarily silver gelatin prints, plus a handful of photolithographs, ranging in size from 3 3/4 x 5 to 8 x 10 inches. A few with marginal ink notations or notations to versos, a few with some minor crinkling.
AN EXCELLENT ARCHIVE OF EARLY HIP HOP ARTIST PUBLICITY PHOTOS
Artists included range from big names such as The Notorious B.I.G., Ice Cube, LL Cool J, De La Soul, Eazy-E, Queen Latifah, Biz Markie, Rakim, Public Enemy, Big Daddy Kane, Run DMC, A Tribe Called Quest, and The Cold Crush Brothers, amongst others.
