While any bottle of Willett Family Estate is highly collectible, some are particularly precious – including this one, which comes from a barrel bought by K&L Wine Merchants, a California chain. The barrel, dumped in 2012, resulted in just 106 bottles. K&L says that the wheated bourbon inside came from the legendary Stitzel-Weller distillery, though Willett has never confirmed the claim. If true, it would be one of the last times Stitzel-Weller appeared in a bottle.
