Description
Colonel Randolph 16 Year 116 Proof NV
Glass code: 90, Japanese import, good level, label very slightly stained and worn
Colonel Randolph is one of two defunct labels, along with Boone’s Knoll, that Julian Van Winkle III and Gordon Hue acquired while bottling their stock of A.H. Hirsch whiskey. While most of the whiskey went into the Hirsch label, some of it Van Winkle chose to bottle under different names, such as this one. Colonel Randolph is especially noteworthy as the only cask-strength bottling of this historic liquid.
