The Rolex GMT Master reference 16750 superseded the reference 1675 in 1981 and was produced until 1988. The main innovations were prompted by the new caliber 3075 featuring a quick-set date and hacking seconds.

The second series 16750, such as the present lot, also introduced a new luxurious touch with the white gold circling to the tritium dial indexes.

This transitional reference, combining the vintage feel and the modern technology is a collector’s favourite.
