Reference 5170 was released in 2010, housing the firm's first in-house chronograph caliber 29-535. The reference was introduced in both yellow and white gold with various dial configurations. In 2017, Patek Philippe introduced the platinum version with an incredible fumé dial and baguette diamond hour markers. Production ceased in 2018, after only one year of production, making the present lot an exceptional opportunity for collectors. This watch is fresh to the auction market and is offered complete with a full suite of accessories.
