Good levels, excellent appearance, packed in 12 bottle owc, lid slightly damaged; Bons niveaux, excellente apparence, emballées en caisse bois de 12 bouteilles, couvercle légèrement abimé
In Imperial, huge, scented, cedarwood nose. Blackberries and sheer juiciness. Great tannin, but it is so soft and glycerol-coated. I had it in bottle too and wrote 'giant wine' and, in today's context, still a relative bargain for this great quality. Serena Sutcliffe, MW

This collection spans the 1980s to 2010 and is in truly excellent condition, testament to the quality of the meticulously maintained underground climate-controlled storage. All bought from Sotheby's Wine Department in London, it includes such gems as Lafite 1998 in Imperial, a case of Haut Brion 2000 in bottle and a multi-format Superlot of Pichon Baron 2010.
