A True Relation of such occurrences and accidents of noateas hath hapned in Virginia since the first planting of that Collony, which is now resident in the South part thereof, till the last returne from thence. Written by a Gentleman of the said Collony, to a worshippfull friend of his in England. London: Printed [by Edward Allde] for John Tappe, and are to bee sold at the Greyhound in Paules Church-yard, by W[illiam]. Large woodcut of a ship in full sail on title, head- and tailpieces, woodcut initials, signature ¶ inserted between A2 (title) and A3 with wormhole affecting several letters and possibly supplied (see also below regarding this sheet’s insertion at the time of publication); lacking A1 (a blank except for signature mark “A”), first letter of title cropped, A3 with marginal paper flaw, running headlines shaved or cropped throughout, ¶1 with small repair at gutter and slightly browned. Modern green morocco; a few minor scuffs.
