Composed of a multi-strand seed pearl torsade, centering a heart-shaped sapphire stated to weigh 12.14 carats, set between fluted rock crystal segments, accented by baguette and brilliant-cut diamonds, further decorated with cabochon rubies, length approximately 410mm, signed Bulgari, numbered, maker's mark.
