款識：壬午(1642)新秋，閒倣古人八則，贈公從。昧庵麟。鈐印：鄒之麟印
注：
(1)鄒之麟，字臣虎，號衣白，自號逸老、昧庵，江蘇常州人。萬歷三十八年（1610）進士，官至工部主事。博學負才名，書畫為時所重。博極群書，文辭歌詩力追古人，兼蓄晉、唐墨跡，商、周彝鼎。乙酉（1645）後，隱居醉心翰墨。
