Nike SB Dunk High Pro ‘Cobra Commander’ Sample | Size 9

Referred to as the ‘Cobra Commander’, these Nike SB Dunk High Pro samples seemingly take inspiration from the G.I. Joe Villian, by the same name. 

In 2009, Nike released the ‘G.I. Joe’ Pack, which featured three pairs of basketball sneakers inspired by the villains from the series. A ‘Destro’ Nike Hyperize, a ‘Storm Shadow’ Nike Zoom Sharkalaid, and a ‘Cobra Commander’ Alpholution Supreme. 

This pair, tagged for Spring 2011, is dressed in a predominantly Electric Blue suede upper and features a black Swoosh, heel panel, and midsole. The toe box, tongue, and outsole are grey, and the pair is finished with a red interior lining, pull tab, and Nike SB brand tag on the tongue. 

Incredibly rare, the Nike SB Dunk ‘Cobra Commander’, never saw a public release.
