A pair of George III satinwood and amaranth demi-lune commodes, late 18th century
the tops cross-banded and line-inlaid , the case with a bookplate-veneered panel door opening to reveal one shelf, the front with cross-banded panels divided by slender partitions with marquetry to imitate fluting, which terminate in square tapering legs on block feet
