• Movement: gilded bar, cylinder escapement, plain flat three-arm balance

• Dial: silver engine-turned, satin finished chapter ring with Roman numerals, blued steel moon hands, banner above 12 o'clock signed Leroy

• Case: gold, the back decorated with symmetrically arranged scrolling flowers and foliage in black and white champlevé enamel, the band and bezel decorated ensuite, case back with French control marks for 1819-38, pendant with French marks for 1822-1838,case backnumbered 2347, gold polished cuvette with apertures for winding and hand-setting, cuvette signed and numbered Leroy & Fils, Paris, H^gers du Roi à Paris, no. 14622
