• Movement: gilded full plate, verge escapement, plain three-arm balance, decoratively pierced and engraved balance cock, silver regulation plate with Turkish numerals, fusee and chain, cylindrical pillars, repeating on a bell mounted to the inner case back, signed Etne Desvignes

• Dial: white enamel dial, Turkish numerals, outer minute ring, signed Etienne Desvignes, London

• Case: inner case polychrome enamel painted to the back with a bouquet of flowers surrounded by translucent peach enamel over an engine-turned ground, some small repairs, scalloped border of opaque white and translucent red enamel, plunge repeat pendant decorated en suite, band of white and powder blue champlevé enamel, translucent red enamel flower heads, bezel of opaque white and pink enamel • mid-case decorated en suite, polychrome enamel flowers to central panel against powder blue background, bezels of turquoise and white champlevé enamel • glazed outer case, bezels of translucent red, opaque blue and white champlevé enamel, inner bezels with pink and white enamel, case backs and bezels hallmarked London 1813-14
