folio (298 x 207mm.), woodcut printer's device of Giovanni Giacomo da Legnano (depicting a teacher or writer in a toga with four scribes), later Spanish vellum, modern spine lettering, first few leaves damaged and repaired in lower corner, small marginal tear to p3, small holes in last two leaves with slight loss, some staining or foxing, text block detached from binding, lacking two pairs of ties
