An Egyptian Bronze Figure of Harpocrates
26th/30th Dynasty, 664-342 B.C.
the child Horus seated with his right forefinger pointing to his mouth and wearing a braided sidelock and the crown of Amun with uraeus, sun-disk, and fragmentary plumes, an amulet (?) suspended on his chest, the cords terminating in papyrus blossoms.
Height 11 cm.
