A Cycladic Marble Figure of a Goddess
Early Bronze Age II, circa 2600-2500 B.C.
lying with her fragmentary legs bent at the knees and slender forearms folded beneath her breasts, with broad-downward curving shoulders, long slightly tapering neck, and lyre-shaped head, the spinal column and other details incised.
Height 26.7 cm.
