Arezou Nik-Ahd was born on February 11th, 1978. She has been captivated with art since her childhood and started to learn painting with her mother’s support. She attended Kourosh Rezaeian calligraphy classes at Iran Calligraphers Association and in 1997, she graduated from high school and continued her education at the Art University of Tehran. At the same time, she started working as a painting and calligraphy teacher in different schools in Tehran. Since the university courses were based in Modern Art, and because of her interest in Realistic Art, she attended classes with artist Iman Maleki, to learn classic and realistic painting techniques in 1999.
Because of her interest to teach painting to children, she founded the Daricheh Art Institute in 2007, as a children's Art Institute, and after five years, she expanded the courses to include adult painting classes as well.
Arezou Nik-Ahd has exhibited in the 14th, 15th and now 16th ARC Salon Exhibitions and her works have been displayed in the Middle East, Europe and the United States.
