60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay. 16% went through malolactic fermentation. What an example of old vines on chalk, precise but also approachable, with similarities to 1996, but better, probably because they picked a week later. In 2019, the bouquet has become more nutty - cherry kernels. This had more time on the lees than the 1996, which gives the unbelievably full taste, superb texture, plus flavours of hazelnuts, lemons and yuzu. An almost eternal finish - hallmark Cristal. 60%黑皮諾，40%莎當妮，16%經蘋果酸乳酸發酵。2018年品嚐，老藤葡萄酒的典範，香味鮮明、順喉，與1996年有些相似但更佳，或許是因為採收期晚了一週。檸檬香純淨，然後散發荊棘氣息。發酵時間比1996年長，質感更精緻，帶榛子、檸檬味。Cristal 標準傑作。施慧娜（葡萄酒大師M.W.）
