Launched in 1952, the reference 2508 was the firms first time-only model to feature a waterproof case. In production from 1952 until 1960, the case featured the same shape and proportions from the waterproof chronograph reference 1463. The model was produced in yellow and pink gold, as well as in stainless steel.
The present example is extremely well preserved with a great dial and case. The hard enamel signature is very well defined and nicely raised and the case is equally super with strong proportions, thick lugs and strong hallmarks.
