triple-arched form with crowns below, Tablets supported by lions, grapevine columns, large portion plaque compartment above an inscribed cartouche, hung with one bell, inscribed "Belongs to the officers of the Hevra Kaddish of Funerary Services, under the direction of this year's noble sextons ... and overseers, in the year [5]523 [1763]", with four reversible plaques, marked on bases of columns, maker's mark on three plaques
