2001年綠大樹生茶，正式名稱為「易武正山野生茶特級品」，勐海茶廠製作，大益商標，繼承99綠大樹血統，採用易武正山大樹茶青，是新生代普洱茶的經典之作。
99年綠大樹是劃時代的普洱茶作品，2001年綠大樹承接優良傳統，一樣採用易武地區原料、一樣綠大樹標誌，也獲得茶界很好的評價。包裝和99年差不多，就是「易武正山野生茶特級品」、「雲南省勐海茶廠出品」，中間綠色油墨樹。不同的是，99綠大樹內飛是用八中茶商標，2001綠大樹易武正山野生茶特級品，則是用紅大益商標。
2001易武正山野生茶特級品，內飛有紅大益商標，以及「易武正山野生茶」、「勐海茶廠出品」等字。廠是繁體字廠，出是尖出。
