glass spherical body, the collar and the cover set with diamonds, rubies and lapis lazuli, the top of the cover decorated with a princely Germanic crown set with diamonds and rubies on bottom of lapis, the bottle attached by a chain to a ring set with diamonds and rubies, in a modern case stamped MASIS JOAILLIER GENEVE
