Text and plates with some scattered foxing and browning, a few closed tears and repairs to plates, with one being completely backed, intermittent damp- and ink staining. Bound together in full 19th century calf, covers elaborately paneled and tooled in gilt, spine with semi-raised bands in 6 compartments, second and third gilt-lettered with morocco lettering pieces, all edges gilt; extremities just rubbed, some expert restoration to joints.
