of typical form, printed in black, to one side with an oval medallion titled 'WASHINGTON IN GLORY'/ 'AMERICA IN TEARS', with a columnar needle reserving a titled George Washington medallion above his birth and death dates, the other side with an American ship on the water picked out in colours, a splayed eagle with a ribbon in its mouth inscribed with the motto 'PLURIBUS', 'UNUM', above painted calligraphic initials 'DPA'
