Set with a step-cut sapphire weighing 39.12 carats, within a frame of pear-shaped diamonds, size 57, unsigned, maker's mark for Jacques Timey.
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 121028, stating that the sapphire is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.
