Good levels, color and clarity, labels 3 very slightly scuffed, capsules 2 very slightly scuffed

Less dense colour than 2000. Scented, aromatic, redcurrant nose. Spicy and peppery. Such elegance and finesse. Then the chocolate comes after an hour in the glass. There is a touch of beautiful oak on the palate, with masses of come-hither fruit. This is a great 1999. Fine textured. Seamless and silky. Just so well bred - like the racehorses Christian Moueix likes so much! Serena Sutcliffe, MW

色澤不及2000年份那麼濃稠深厚。薰芳裊裊，馨香四溢，散發紅漿果的氣息，又有香辣和胡椒的風味。多麼的優雅細膩。一小時後，杯中卻悠悠滲出巧克力的芳香。此酒帶有上等橡木的絲絲口感，伴以一股叫人神為之奪的巨碩果香。出色的1999年份之無縫。多麼優良的血純，就如柏翠堡主人克里斯汀．莫意克（Christian Moueix）所鍾愛的駿馬良駒！施慧娜（葡萄酒大師M.W.）
