Unlike any other timepieces in Patek Philippe, the reference 5235 is the brand’s very first annual calendar regulator wristwatch and is packed with intrinsic qualities that stands out amongst other collections.
Launched in 2012, the present watch not only houses a practical annual calendar for everyday use, it is fitted with a regulator dial which has 2 small hands for hour and seconds, and a centralized minute hand to emphasize its importance. Easily readable, the symmetrical yet minimalistic brushed silver dial is the definition of modern beauty.
The case was inspired by the legendary reference 3448 and 3450, revitalizing the signature crisp lugs in a contemporary fashion. With great contrast, the bezel and top of the lugs were mirror-polished, complementing the brushed lug flank and case band whilst enhancing the watch with an innovative presentation.
