Ruby and diamond necklace and a ruby and diamond demi-parure

The necklace designed as a series of oval ruby, brilliant-cut and marquise-shaped clusters, length approximately 420mm; the ear clips each set with an oval ruby within a surround of brilliant-cut diamonds; the ring of similar design, size 51^1/2, British hallmarks for gold and sponsor's mark.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 124804, stating that the ruby weighing 3.01 carats is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating, with a minor amount of oil in fissures.
