AN ICONIC PIECE DONE BY DELTA2 IN CELEBRATION OF ZULU NATION,SIGNED AND INSCRIBED BY HIM TO AFRIKA ISLAM - THEN HUNG IN THE ZULU NATION OFFICES FOR MANY YEARS

The celebrated graffiti artist DELTA2 is considered a 'King' and pioneer in the world of global street art. Born in the Spanish Harlem neighborhood of New York City, he started painting trains in the 1970s when the work of LEE and BLADE were firmly in his purview.

Known for his takeovers of the 4 and 6 subway lines, DELTA2 founded the Kings Arrive crew and started to exhibit his work overseas in the late 1970s and 1980s in more traditional gallery settings throughout Europe. Most notably, his work was included in the Guillaume Gallozo graffiti art presentation for Valentino's 25th anniversary in Rome. Throughout this time, he became a close friend of fellow artist Rammellzee, who was also exhibiting in Europe and appreciated DELTA2's futuristic style.
