Wax capsule slightly scuffed

In 2016, an intense spicy nose and a palate that is 'sweet', violetty and succulent - perhaps the late picking was an element here. There is power lurking in the background. I really like what this famed property is doing at the moment - drinking it is like coming home. Serena Sutcliffe, MW 92+

Provenance

The majority of the wines were purchased on release or direct from producers. The rest were purchased either from auctions including Sotheby's and a few selected wine merchants. Professionally stored in Hong Kong prior to inspection. Property of a wine aficionado.
