More limey nose than the Clos du Bourg, with underlying smoke. Not as immensely luscious as the Clos du Bourg. Creamy soft and full of gentle greengages and peaches. For sheer originality and contrast, try it with some smoked fish pâté. Mineral/flinty finish. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
