Last tasted from magnum in 2012. Absolutely extraordinary and created a huge frisson around the room of Champagne connoisseurs. Lime blossom and hazelnuts on the nose. Utter bliss on the palate, silky, icy and full of nougat notes. Candied fruits and total breed. This is a brilliant creation of pure beauty, breathtaking in its wondrous balance of fruit and acidity. It lingered on the palate and it will forever linger in the memory.
