Of square design set with a surrounding of rose diamonds, accompanied by interchangeable sugar-loaf cabochons of onyx, sapphire, amethyst, citrine, amazonite and chrysoprase, size 55, french import assay mark for 18 carat gold, combined gross weight 8.44 grams, 1900s; with its original fitted case.
