款識：(各開釋文略)甲戌(1634)秋日畫，董玄宰。鈐印：玄宰(十四鈐)、昌(五鈐)、董其昌(七鈐)

題跋：(竹霞山人)董其昌字思白號玄宰，華亭人。由進士官至大宗伯禁宮保，諡文敏，詩文有「容臺集」，以書法重海內。畫山水宗北苑、巨然，秀潤蒼鬱，超然出塵。自謂好畫有因，其曾祖母乃高尚書克恭之雲孫女，所由來有自也。大正五年丙辰(1916)秋九月，觀于半雲書房，並錄明畫錄所載，以表欣賞之意云。竹霞山人德。鈐印：經德、水竹煙霞
