9 pages overall (270 x 205 mm), with original transmittal envelope. Stamped with receipt stamp from the Office of the Attorney General, dated December 3, 1952. Includes a typed copy of the report and a carbon copy of the memorandum; minor edge wear to one leaf, light toning. In a leather-backed slipcase with cloth chemise.
