Title-page, 37 double-page lithographed maps mounted on linen including the index map, 36 of which hand-colored in outline, one of which consisting of duplication strips; offsetting from cloth tabs, mild toning. In half red morocco over tan linen, upper board with red morocco label titled in gilt, numbered leather tabs for plates; overall worn, linen with soiling and spots, tab 11 detached but present.

Handsome lithographed maps of Nassau County, also displaying portions of what are now Queens. In addition to roadways and train lines, there are property maps for certain locations throughout the county.
