 A set of four linen damask kitchen cloths, Ireland, 20th century, large horizontal format, white blind field and apple green banded edging, and apple green reserve through centre of the length, with white clover and bell motif and inscription ‘Kitchen Cloth. Irish Linen. Super Quality’, purchased Harvey Nichols, London (approx. 85cm by 65cm); brand new, never used, excellent condition (4)

A set of three linen hand towels, Ireland, 20th century, large horizontal format, ecru colour, plain with row of pulled stitch designating the border (approx. 48cm by 81cm); brand new, never used, excellent condition, with washing label attached, individually bow tied with dark green ribbon and in plastic bags (3)

A set of four cotton damask napkins, Ireland, 20th century, square format, ecru colour, with central frame pattern square and outer border with chrysanthemums against a blind band (approx. 56cm by 56cm); brand new, never used, excellent condition, bow tied as a group with dark green ribbon and in one plastic bag (4)

A group of eight pulled work linen place mats, probably Irish, first half 20th century, small rectangular format, ecru colour, with two pulled work diagonal band reserves with flower and stem motifs, against plain ground with delicate foliate scrolls (29cm by 41cm), in excellent condition (8)

Two linen damask hand towels, Irish, early 20th century, large rectangular format, plain, with four sided border with band with oak leaves and acorns and narrow inner and outer borders of running geometric dentil (tooth) design, with inner line of pulled work to define outer borders at each end (69cm by 109cm), with red work laundry marks, LG above 36, in the left hand corner of each towel, excellent condition, bow tied together with dark green ribbon (2)

Two linen damask hand towels, Irish, early 20th century, rectangular format, with blind reserve with scalloped edges, each end with a row of various flowers within reserve with scalloped end, with inner line of pulled work to define outer borders at each end (69cm by 109cm), with red work laundry marks, M above L.G and 36, in the left hand corner of each towel, faint blue ink stamp on end of one cloth, *OLD BLEACH* Made in …..; overall very good condition, bow tied together with dark green ribbon (2)

A group of six cotton linen damask napkins, Irish, 20th century, square format, blind centre, with outer quatrefoil design of shamrocks, with banded border incorporating medallions at the corners and centres, enclosing Irish motifs, such as the harp, buckle and cross (53cm by 55cm), in very good condition, bow tied as a group with dark green ribbon (6)

A group of four fine linen damask napkins, Irish, 20th century, square format, ecru colour, with central scrolling cartouche motif with outer border of band with floral motif with cartouches and flowers in the corners and centre of each border (56cm by 56cm), with paper sticker, Made in Ireland, attached to each napkin, some laundry rust marks, otherwise good condition, never used, bow tied as a group with dark green ribbon (4)

A group of eight cutwork and embroidered table mats, Irish, 20th century, white and pink, plain fine gauze central reserve of stylised quatrefoil shape, the outer border with cutwork design of scrolling flowers and foliage, with embroidered highlights, in pink and white (33cm by 48cm), excellent condition (8)

A group of six pulled work and embroidered small place mats, Irish, 20th century, small rectangular format, worked with overlaying reserves of pulled work and small embroidered floral motifs, with cutwork cartouches at each end surrounded by small bead motifs and finely embroidered flowers and leaves (26cm by 41cm), some minor snags to outer edges of some, barely noticeable, overall very good condition (6)

A group of twenty four cutwork and embroidered table mats, Irish, 20th century, of rectangular format, worked with small plain central reserve and deep borders with floral motifs, incorporating stepped cutwork corners and elements, cutwork fan shapes and centres of flowers, and with scalloped outer edges (35cm by 56cm; ), overall very good condition (24)
