Thence by descent
This round table is a prototype designed by Piero Bottoni in 1942, a clear example of Italian rationalist architecture applied to a design product, for the ArAr company which included Franco Albini, BBPR, Piero Bottoni, Ignazio Gardella, Giulio Minoletti, Gabriele Mucchi, Giuseppe Pagano, Giancarlo Palanti, Mario Pucci and Giovanni Romano, operating in Milan for about a year in 1941-1942. Bottoni proposed again the design of this table with a serial production in mind that never took place in 1945.
The lot is sold together with a certificate from the Archivio Piero Bottoni
