comprising :

- Kiyomizu Hall and Shinobazu Pond at Ueno (Ueno Kiyomizudo Shinobazu no ike) from the series One Hundred Famous Views of Edo (Meisho Edo hyakkei), 1856-58

- Yokkaichi : Nako Bay and the Mie River (Yokkaichi, Nako no ura Miekawa) from the series Famous Sights of the Fifty-three Stations (Gojusan tsugi meisho zue), c. 1840

Acquired by the uncle of the present owner in Japan between 1918 and 1925. The original collector was part of the circle of friends of Paul Jacoulet, who dedicated a photo to him in 1937.
