A flambé-glazed trilobed vase, Qing dynasty, 18th century 清十八世紀 窰變釉三聯瓶

A small number of 18th century flambé-glazed vases of this unusual trilobate form are known. For similar examples attributed to the Qianlong period, but decorated with streaks of purplish-red, see one from the Qing court collection, now preserved in the Beijing Palace Museum and illustrated in The Complete Collection of Treasures of the Palace Museum, Monochrome Porcelain, Hong Kong, 1999, pl. 183; another from the collection of Alan Chuang, illustrated in Julian Thompson, The Alan Chuang Collection of Chinese Porcelain, Hong Kong, 2009, pl. 66; and two examples sold respectively in our New York rooms, 12th September 2018, lot 137, and in these rooms, 26th May 2021, lot 362.

此類十八世紀窰變釉三聯瓶甚為罕見。可參考數件相類乾隆例，其器身施窰變銅紅釉，其一為故宮博物院藏，圖載於《故宮博物院藏文物珍品大系：顏色釉》，香港，1999年，圖版183；另一為莊紹綏收藏一例，錄於朱湯生，《中國瓷器：莊紹綏收藏》，香港，2009年，圖版66；再比較兩例，分別售於紐約蘇富比2018年9月12日，編號137；及香港蘇富比2021年5月26日，編號362。
