At age 2 ½, in small envelope (94 x 119mm.), from the 'Children's Hairdressing Shop', dated 22nd May 1935, some wear to envelope

This lock is recorded as being from the "first cutting" of the young Sylvia Plath's hair. This took place less than a month after the birth of her brother Warren. The family then lived in the Boston suburb of Jamaica Plain.
