The original painting used to create the dust jacket for the first UK edition of Sharpe’s Triumph. Interestingly, the artist, David Scutt, titled the painting "Sharpe's Victory". The main image of the sword was the artist's idea. Bernard Cornwell loved it so much that he added the description into the book.
