Aurelius Theodosius Macrobius

Chancery folio (315 x 210mm.), 121 leaves (of 122), a-f6 A-N6 O8, 45 lines, roman type, woodcut initials, woodcut diagrams, woodcut world map on e6, initials supplied in red and blue, red underlining, early manuscript annotations and foliation, with a contemporary 8-leaf manuscript index bound at the end in the same hand (with watermark of a crown surmounted by a cross, Briquet 4899, dated Bergamo, 1501-1503), later vellum, old index tabs, lacking first leaf containing author's name only
The woodcut map was copied (inaccurately) from the 1483 Brescia edition of Macrobius, so east and west have been reversed and some of the names have been omitted.
