60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 15% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot. The proportion of Cabernet Franc was important here. In 2015, a spice-bazaar nose, with an exotic "Kerala" aspect to it. An incredible dried figs taste, with dried apricots and damsons. Lines the mouth with vanillin and orange zests. You can sink into this, with its folds of flavour and texture.
