A herd of black camels are the central focus of the present work. Shot outside of Abu Dhabi, this video tracks the journey across the desert of these creatures which are prized across the Gulf. They are possibly on their way to a mazaynas, or beauty pageant, the winners of which then commend large sums. In line with the artist's previous works, Shawky also "[...] charts patterns of physical, economic and intellectual migration [...]"
