Of horizontal format, depicting a landscape setting, worked in polychrome wool threads on an 'ecru' linen double thread 'Penelope' canvas, with a variation of tent stitches, including gobelin, basket weave, continental stitches and inclusion of half cross stitch and cross stitch, to fill in blocks of colour across the canvas, and leaving exposed sections of canvas in small areas, which add to the overall composition as light areas and creating space between colours; not lined, framed
