A Fragmentary Marble Head of a Goddess
circa 2nd Century A.D.
perhaps Isis, Tyche, or Kybele, her eyes with incised irises, her wavy hair parted in the center, pulled over the ears, and tied in a chignon, a circular cavity on top for insertion of the headdress.
Height 12 cm.
