Pamphlet (145 x 225 mm). 8 pp., three woodcut illustrations of Chambers; creases, one or two marginal stains, minor browning. — Cox, John. 1 page (325 x 227 mm). Manuscript facsimile of Cox's writing, sepia ink, hinges onto paper. —Cox, John. 1 page (225 x 238 mm).
